Customer Review: Cute, but different than expected

The Norpro Porcelain Tea Bag Dispenser is very cute and goes well with all my White Corelle tabletop items, i.e., Corelle Coordinates Enhancements Sugar and Creamer Set, Corelle Coordinates Enhancements Salt and Pepper Shaker Set, etc. The embossed tulip design adds just enough of a distinctive touch to make it stand out and is not too fancy or plain. It makes a very nice addition without being an overstatement.
It is not as tall as I would have expected it to be from the picture, but it does hold 25 tea bags as promised. The unit itself is too big for regular sized Lipton type tea bags so you have to pack them in behind it to keep them from sliding back and having to shake the tea bags to the front.
I bought two, one for plain teas such as Lipton and the other for the specialty tea bags which the unit does accommodate quite nicely. I plan on buying a few more as Christmas Gifts for my tea loving friends. $11.99 is not a bad price at all for this item.
