This is a well made strainer, and for $4 you can't go wrong.... I use it to catch any stray coffee grounds that may make it out of my french press while decanting. It works perfectly for that purpose.
Description of Norpro Decorative Tea Strainer with Cup
This fine-mesh, stainless steel tea infuser was specially designed to use with porcelain teapots. Simply fill it with loose tea, lift the teapot's lid, and insert the infuser before replacing the lid. The handle is designed to rest on the pot's brim while the lid, in turn, rests on the handle.
