Love this pan! I had a hard time finding one without nonstick coating and this is it! After seasoning it once, nothing sticks to the cast iron. I had some reservations before purchasing b/c reviewers said it is so small. It is small, but actually the perfect size! Buy it!
Description of Norpro Danish Aebleskiver Pan
Make traditional Danish filled pancakes with this sturdy cast pan from Norpro. Measuring 6-1/2 inches in diameter, the pan will fit on one burner and makes up to 7 pancakes at once. The cast iron pan will need to be seasoned before use, but once the pan is properly prepared, it develops a virtually stick-free surface. Instructions for seasoning and usage are included, along with a traditional Aebleskiver recipe.Norpro
