I LIKE IT. THE FIRST TIME, I FOLLOWED THE ATTACHED RECIPE TO A "T". (IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT GOOD). SINCE THEN WE'VE IMPROVISED, AND THAT'S WORKING GREAT, TOO. THE PAN WORKS WELL ON MY CERAMIC TOPPED ELECTRIC STOVE. THE AEBLSKIVER'S TAKE LONGER TO COOK, THAN PANCAKES. MY FAMILY SAY THEY'RE WORTH THE WAIT!
