No instructions other than the pictures on the box but I found it simple to use.
I used it on apples and overall other than the constant adjustments it did what it was
suppose to do.
Today I plan to use it to peel potatoes. The 2 mounts comes w/ the machine do the job
I expect the more I use the machine the easier my setups will become.
I would overall recommend this machine to others.
